Amazon Connect Wallboards Are Here!

Big news - we have just completed a major upgrade to our wallboard solution, bringing Discover wallboards to Amazon Connect.


This has been our first new platform outside of Avaya but it's been such a dream to work with we're delighted to say that we now support Amazon Connect.


  • 2-second refresh rate across agents, queues, routing profiles, tasks & callbacks (including Amazon's surprise email feature)

  • Available on-premises, cloud, or private cloud

  • 30+ out-of-the-box wallboard templates with customisation available

  • Real-time messaging, alerts, and dynamic formatting

  • Works on any smart device with device based authentication and role-based security

  • Seamlessly integrated with our Agent Desktop solution (more news on that later)


We're really excited to introduce Discover and ourselves to a new community of contact centre professionals so we can learn, contribute, and take Discover to the next level.
