Real Time Data in Amazon Connect Agent Workspace

This week we've been experimenting with integrating our real time dashboard solution, Discover with Amazon Connect Agent Workspace.

Earlier this morning we crossed the line on milestone one with the implementation of Discover as a native application within Agent Workspace - very cool!

Next up, we're tackling authentication. Our goal here is to deliver a Single Sign-On (SSO) experience that will provide agents with access to a custom dataset directly through Agent Workspace. As always, we're designing this solution to support flexible working environments to enable hybrid teams to switch between different devices in different locations seamlessly.

We'd typically share updates that are further along in development but as a bit of an experiment we wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes look at some of our projects in the early stages.
